日本の伝統文化・建築・工芸分野の美術出版「月虹舎文庫」では、この度新しいWebマガジンをリリースします。
タイトルは「FRACTUS」。
世界をかたちづくる自然界の法則「フラクタル幾何学」の語源となった言葉です。
リアス式海岸や、山の稜線、雪の結晶、樹木の分枝だけでなく、人体の血管や細胞も、フラクタル構造を持っています。
日本に古くから伝わる陰陽のシンボルマークも、正倉院御物の唐花文様も、曼陀羅も、皆フラクタル。
個の中に全があり、全の中に個がひそむ。
一対で完全となる。
世界との調和の中で、私たちは生きているのです。Gekkosha Bunko, an art publication in the fields of Japanese traditional culture, architecture, and crafts, is pleased to announce the release of a new web magazine. The title is "FRACTUS". This is the origin of the word ``fractal geometry,'' a law of nature that shapes the world. Not only ria coasts, mountain ridges, snowflakes, and tree branches, but also the blood vessels and cells of the human body have a fractal structure. The symbol of yin and yang, which has been passed down in Japan since ancient times, the Chinese flower pattern belonging to the Shosoin Temple, and the mandala are all fractals. The whole exists within the individual, and the individual hides within the whole. A pair is complete. We live in harmony with the world.
六識
「FRACTUS」は、人々が生きる上で不可欠な6つの要素を「六識」
游＝巡る。
住＝暮らし、
食＝食し、
職＝仕事し、
衣＝装い、
祀＝祈る。
と捉え、奇跡の循環数「142857」に陰陽五行の生数・成数の意味をなぞらえて、コンセプトメイキングをしています。
6は陰陽五行で自然を表す数字。大地の熱が冷えて固まる際にできる柱状節理や蜂の巣のハニカム構造など、あらゆる安定した物質に見られる構造で、一辺に接する六角から無限に空間が広がります。
「六識」、すなわち生きた智慧法則を司るのは、
１(水|生)＝はじまり、
４(木|生)＝安定し、
２(火|生)＝つながり、
８(金|成)＝無限に、
５(土|生)＝結びつく、
７(火|成)＝人間の在り方。
人間の本質は「想」。
想うことから全てがはじまります。
「FRACTUS」は、この「六識」をコンセプトに二十四節気を巡り風土記を紐解く、旅するWebマガジンです。心がうるおう、体がよろこぶ、暮らしに光をもたらすものを取材し、日本各地の伝統文化・建築・工芸分野の継承者たちの仕事をご紹介して参ります。
"FRACTUS" is a "six sense" that identifies the six elements essential for people's lives. 游 = journey. 住 =shelter, 食 = food, 職 = work, 衣 = clothing, 祀 = prayer. Considering this, we are creating a concept by comparing the meaning of the raw numbers and complete numbers of the Yin-Yang Gogyo to the miraculous cyclic number ``142857.'' 6 is the number that represents nature in the Yin Yang Five Elements. It is a structure found in all stable materials, such as the columnar joints that form when the heat of the earth cools and hardens, and the honeycomb structure of a beehive, and space expands infinitely from the hexagons that touch one side.
The "six senses", that is, the rules of living wisdom, are 1 (water) = beginning, 4 (fire) = stable, 2 (wood) = connection, 8 (metal) = infinitely, 5 (earth) = connect, 7 (fire) = The way humans should be. Human nature is "thought". Everything starts with thinking. "FRACTUS" is a web magazine that travels around the 24 solar terms and unravels the Fudoki based on the concept of "Six Senses."
